CHANDIGARH - Hundreds of people gathered at the Shambhu barrier on the Punjab-Haryana border as the 'Fateh (victory) March', to commemorate the 300th anniversary of the victory of Sikh warrior Banda Singh Bahadur in a battle, entered Punjab Wednesday morning.
