Swami Ramdev Visits Haridwar

HARIDWAR, INDIA (GaeaTimes.com)- Swami Ramdev paid a visit to the yoga camp in Haridwar to acknowledge the support of his followers. He even led them to demonstrate and practice a few yoga poses along with him. Reportedly, the Swami Ramdev’s visit was broadcasted live by the local cable channels.
Swami Ramdev went ahead to proclaim that he has plans in store to shape up a political group that shall have candidates to the parliament in all its 543 seats before the next election of the nation which is scheduled to take place in the year of 2014. Swami Ramdev even went ahead to proclaim that India has been witnessing a troubled democracy which needs to be treated with ideas that can only be derived from the ancient Vedas and Upanishads. Swami Ramdev feels that it’s extremely important to imbibe upon the values of our ancient holy books for a clean democracy.
The long session 0f Swami Ramdev at the Haridwar Yoga Camp had him speaking high of the past martyrs of the country who went ahead to a sacrifice their own life to bring freedom to their Mother land. The swami lamented that in spite of all these efforts India has lost its way and it’s a disgrace to witness the country’s democracy lined with corruption which bodes ill for one and all. Swami Ramdev left a strong note saying that the country has been banking too much upon the British setup which needs an immediate replacement by India’s own traditional system to bring back the lost glory of the country. In that way, all Indians will once again be proud of their country.
