Dikshit greets people on Eid eve

NEW DELHI - Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit Friday greeted the people on the eve of Eid-ul-Fitr.

In a message, she hoped that Eid-ul-Fitr would bring peace and prosperity to the people and also strengthen brotherhood in society.

Eid-ul-Fitr marks the end of Ramadan, the Islamic month of fasting. Delhi will celebrate Eid Saturday.
